Wrentham – Mr. Alan Crowley, of Wrentham, died Friday, August 17, 2012 at the Wrentham Developmental Center. He was 66.
Alan was born in Newton on October 20, 1945, a son of the late Joseph and Joanna (Primavera) Crowley, and had been a resident at the Walter E. Fernald School in Waltham for most of his life.
He was the brother of the late Joseph and Paul Crowley and leaves his sisters-in-law, Mary Crowley of Watertown and Joanna Crowley of Northborough; his nephews and niece, John Crowley and his wife, Terri, Debra Dunn and her husband, Barry, and James Crowley; his grand nieces and nephews, Julia, Taylor and Joseph Crowley and Barry, Shannon and Delanie Dunn and several cousins.
Family and friends will honor and remember Alan's life by gathering to visit in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham at 12 noon on Monday, August 27th before leaving in procession to Saint Mary's Cemetery, Hunnewell Street, Needham where committal services will be held at 1 p.m.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, August 29th in Graves Auditorium on the campus of Wrentham Developmental Center, 131 Emerald Street, Wrentham.
