Alice M. 'Snook' Legere

Mrs. Alice M. 'Snook' (Coneeny) Legere, of Waltham, died peacefully on March 24, 2020 in Care Dimensions Hospice House of Lincoln. She was 92 years old.
Alice was born in Somerville on August 8, 1927, the daughter of the late John and Delia (White) Coneeny. She was raised and educated in Waltham where she was a lifelong resident. In her younger years she worked at the Waltham Watch Factory and until her retirement had worked for Hewlett Packard. Alice was feisty, independent and as a young widow, worked very hard to make sure her children were always taken care of.
She was the wife of the late Joseph Leo Paul Legere and is survived by her children, Sandra J. Chisholm (late Billy) of Waltham and Paul J. Legere (Bernadette) of Waltham; her grandchildren, Troy Chisholm, Brian Chisholm, Dana Levensaler, Jeff Legere, Rob Legere and Luke Mangini-Legere; her great-grandchildren, William and Madison Chisholm and also leaves many nieces and nephews.
She was also the sister of the late Margaret 'Peg' Vincuilla and John Coneeny.
As a result of the ongoing and ever-developing health crisis in the world and our community and with genuine concern for the people whom they love her family will be planning a memorial at a later date.
