Alice M. (Brady) Lupinski, of Waltham, went to her eternal rest on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at her home. She was 89 years old.
Born in Waltham, Alice was the daughter of the late Clarence and Alice (LeBlanc) Brady. She had been a lifelong resident of Waltham and was a graduate of Saint Charles Grammar and High School. After high school Alice worked for a time at Raytheon before marriage.
In 1954 she married the late Edward J. Lupinski, Sr. The two bought a home in Waltham and raised five children. She was loved by all who knew her and she lived for her family. Alice was a great wife and mother; always active in the PTA, and supporting her sons in youth sports. Once her children were older she went back to work at Grover Cronin and Daymarc, and volunteered at Waltham Hospital Thrift Shop. Her favorite pastimes were bowling, caring for her grandchildren and playing cards with her husband Ed.
Alice leaves her children, Cheryl Lupinski, Edward Lupinski, Jr. (Jeanne), Chris Lupinski (Kimberley), and Scot Lupinski (Margaret); her grandchildren, Justin (Danielle), Christopher (Crystal), Samantha, Jason, Jacqueline and Laura; her former daughter-in-law Stephanie and is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her beloved husband Edward, Alice was predeceased by her late son Robert W. Lupinski, and the sister of the late Paul Brady, Sr. and Robert Brady.
The Lupinski family wishes to thank the VNA (especially nurses Roisin and Michelle) and Care Dimensions Hospices, and the doctors and nurses of Newton Wellesley Hospital's Usen ward for their compassion, care, and hospitality.
Services for Alice will be private.
