Alice J. McShane

Mrs. Alice J. (Lupo) McShane of Belmont, formerly of Waltham, died Wednesday, June 29, 2005 at Emerson Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Watertown. She was 85. Born in Newton, a daughter of the late Alexander and Josephine (Mancini) Lupo, she lived in Waltham for thirty six-years and had lived in Belmont for the past five years. She was predeceased by eleven brothers and sisters. She is survived by her husband of sixty-one years, Thomas J. McShane; three sons, Paul T. McShane and his wife Glenda-Lee of Billerica, Dennis J. McShane and his wife Donna of Waltham and Stephen R. McShane and his wife Manuela of Belmont; 7 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. The Funeral will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte.20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Jude Church, 147 Main Street Waltham at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham. Visiting hours are Friday from 4 to 8 p.m.
