Waltham Mr. Alyre J. Robichaud, of Waltham, died Sunday, February 25, 2007 at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. He was 78. Born in Saint Paul, New Brunswick, a son of the late Premelite and Elisé (Cormier) Robichaud, he had lived in Waltham for more than fifty years. Until his retirement, Alyre worked as a self-employed finish carpenter. He leaves his wife of 50 years, Dora M. (Vautour) Robichaud; his children, Pauline M. LeBlanc and her husband, Kenneth, of Sharon, Robert J. Robichaud and his wife, Donna, of Wayland and Louise M. Howell and her husband, Paul, of Ashby; five grandchildren, Jennifer and Eric Robichaud and Christina, Nicole and Paul Howell; two brothers, Gerry Robichaud of Lowell and Robert Robichaud of Marlborough; three sisters, Irma Drisdelle of Farmington, Connecticut, Marie Gautreau of Beverly and Aline Belliveau of Saint Paul, New Brunswick and many nieces and nephews. He was also the grandfather of the late Michelle Robichaud and a brother of the late Fred, Harvé, Emery and Ovila Robichaud and Exelda Poirier. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, March 1st, from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Corpus Christi Church, 45 Ash Street, Auburndale at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in Mount Feake Cemetery, Waltham.
