Andrea L. Brandt

Milford, NH – Andrea L. Brandt, of Milford, New Hampshire, died Thursday, February 7, 2019 at Tufts Medical Center in Boston following a long illness. She was 48.

Andrea was born in Waltham on June 12, 1970 and was raised in Bedford where she was a graduate of Bedford High School. She was a longtime member and active with the Rainbow Girls in Bedford.

She had been a resident of Merrimack, New Hampshire before moving to Milford. At home she loved her kitty cats, Bessie and Josie, and her Mustang convertible . . . and followed the Boston Bruins almost religiously. Summers brought frequent trips to Maine where she indulged her passion for reading.

Andrea leaves her mother, Kathleen A. Brandt, of N. Chelmsford; her sisters, Dawn Capezzuto and her partner, Eric Proctor, of Milford, New Hampshire and Maureen Hansen and her husband, Thomas, of Southborough; her aunt and uncle, Stanley and Christine McCall of New Ipswich, New Hampshire; her first cousin, Brian Brandt and his wife, Ashley; her nieces, Madeline, Caitlin, and Katherine; her grandniceces, Alyciannna and Jazmelinda; and many cousins including Denise Haddad of Lowell.

She was also a granddaughter of the late Barbara and Earl Brandt.

Family and friends will honor and remember Andrea's life by gathering for calling hours in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham on Wednesday, February 13th from 4 to 8 p.m. and again at 10 a.m. on Thursday morning before leaving in procession to Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicted Church, 880 Trapelo Road, Waltham where her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Saint Mary's Cemetery, Tewksbury.
