Malden Mrs. Anne F. (Sutherland) Ashe of Malden, formerly of Waltham, died Thursday, July 29, 2004 at Glenridge Nursing Home, Medford. She was 75.<br><br>Born in Roslindale, a daughter of the late Walter and Margaret (Fay) Sutherland, she moved to Malden last year after having lived in Waltham for most of her life. Until her retirement, she worked as a bookkeeper for Little-Brown Publishing Company in Waltham. Mrs. Ashe enjoyed bowling, pottery and spending time with her grandchildren.<br><br>The wife of the late John L. Ashe, she leaves her children, Leslie A. Angelo and her husband Robert of Malden, John E. Ashe and his wife Maureen of Waltham and Thomas M. Ashe of Florida; one sister, Lillian Humphrey of Stoneham ; two brothers, Donald Sutherland of Quincy and James Sutherland of California; 10 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was also a sister of the late Jeannette Ryder, Margaret Menno, Josephine Riley, Walter, Al, Thomas and Barbara Sutherland.<br><br>Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral at 9 a.m. Monday from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicted Church, 880 Trapelo Road, Waltham at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Saint Patricks Cemetery, Watertown.<br><br>Visiting hours are Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.<br><br>Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.<br>
