Annie Gray

Newton – Mrs. Annie (Senarian) Gray, of Newton, died Friday, June 1, 2018 at her home. She was 93.

Annie was born in Newton on May 7, 1925, a daughter of the late Charles and Varsenig (Zahigian) Senarian. She was a lifelong resident of Newton and before her retirement had worked at Sherman Paper Company in Newton Upper Falls.

Along with her sister Ida, Annie created many happy memories dancing at the big band halls in Revere and at Moseley's on the Charles in Dedham and for a number of years she had belonged to the Women's Club in Newton Upper Falls.

The wife of the late Peter Gray, she leaves her sister and brother, Ida Fahey and her husband, Edward, of Newton and Allen Senarian and his wife, Ann, of Waltham and many nieces, nephews and their families.

She was also a sister of the late Senar Senarian.

Family and friends will honor and remember and remember Annie's life by gathering to visit on Monday, June 4th from 10 to 11 a.m. in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham where her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Newton Cemetery.
