Annie M. Witham

Waltham - Miss Annie M. Witham of Waltham died Thursday March 9, 2006 at Lahey Clinic in Burlington. She was 88. Born in Waltham, a daughter of the late Clarence and Laura (Berube) Witham, she worked for many years as an assembler for the R.H. Bird Company in Waltham. She was a 1934 graduate of Saint Mary’s High School and a member of the Legion of Mary. Annie was also a housemother for many years at the Sancta Maria House in Boston. She was the sister of the late Bertha MacQuarrie, Howard, Raymond, John, Philip, Eva and Sr. Mabel Witham, R.C.E. Annie is survived by several nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Tuesday at 10 a.m. in Saint Mary’s Church, 133 School Street Waltham. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham. Visitation will be held prior to the Funeral Mass from 9 to 9:30 a.m. in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main (Rte 20), Waltham.
