Mr. Anthony C. DeLuca of Belmont died Thursday, September 18, 2003 in Mount Auburn Hospital. He was 89. Born in Boston, Mr. DeLuca had lived in Belmont for fifty-three years. He was employed as a sheet metal supervisor for Charles P. Blouin Company, formerly of Burlington. Mr. DeLuca was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Lodge No. 1018, Waltham. Mr. DeLuca was the son of the late Placido and Maria (Tuzza) DeLuca and was predeceased by eight brothers and sisters. Mr. DeLuca is survived by his wife, Marguerite C. 'Midge' (Scordino) DeLuca; his daughters, Marie Delano and her husband, Robert, of Waltham and Roseann Bishop and her husband, Julian, of Belmont; his grandchildren, Leslie, Shannon, and Derek; his brother, Gaetano DeLuca of Hingham; his sister, Frances Biancuzzo of Quincy; and many nieces and nephews. The Funeral will be held at 8 a.m. Tuesday from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham, followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Luke's Church, 132 Lexington Street, Belmont at 9 a.m. Entombment will be in Saint Michael's Cemetery, Roslindale.
