Anthony J. Kadzis

Mr. Anthony J. Kadzis of Waltham died Monday August 30, 2004 in Saint Elizabeth’s Medical Center, Brighton. He was 87. Born in Boston, a son of the late Anthony and Anna (Yntas) Kadzis, he was a steamfitter for B.F. Goodrich Company for twenty five years. He was a World War II veteran serving in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his wife Katherine H. (Hrenchuk), two sons John A Kadzis and his wife Susan of Wayland, William M. Kadzis of Waltham, one brother Peter Kadzis of Dorchester, two sisters Sophia Dietz of New York, and N. Catherine Conant of Maine. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. The Funeral Service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte.20), Waltham. Burial will be in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne at 3 p.m. Visitation will be held prior to the Service from 10 a.m.- 11 a.m. Memorial donation’s may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, Ma 01701.
