Antoinette M. Connelly

Waltham - Mrs. Antoinette M. (Vanaria) Connelly, of Waltham, died Sunday, December 23, 2007 at the Newton-Wellesley Alzheimer Center. She was 90. Born in Waltham, a daughter of the late Antonio and Lucy (Alfino) Vanaria, Mrs. Connelly worked for many years as a seamstress for Puritan Dress Company in Waltham. She was the wife of the late Frederick Connelly and sister of the late Rose Fiorelli, Dr. Anthony Vanaria, Chrispian, Vanaria, Felix Vanaria, Orlando Vanaria, Alfred Vanaria, Joseph Vanaria, and Francis Vanaria. She leaves three sisters, Mary Roughsedge of Clinton, Anna Anderson of Waltham, Evelyn Sushinsky of Ohio and many nieces and nephews. The Funeral will be held at 9:30 a.m. Thursday from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte.20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicted Church, 880 Trapelo Road, Waltham at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m.
