Arthur Lewis would argue that all man needed to live on was pizza...and it could very well cover the four basic food groups. Heaven gained a pizza aficionado on Saturday, December 1, 2018. Arthur died in Saint Joseph Hospital in Nashua, New Hampshire. He was 67. Heaven is the place we believe that we can have any and everything in abundance and without end. He will be lovingly remembered as fiercely loyal to family, friends and all the New England sports teams.
