Arthur E. O'Neil

Mr. Arthur E. O’Neill of Waltham died Saturday March 5, 2005 at Chetwynd Nursing Home in Newton. He was 72.
Born in Waltham a son of the late James and Helen (Dunlea) O’Niell he was a Meter Reader in the Water Department for the City of Waltham for twenty seven years until his retirement. He was an avid bowler with the Wal Lex Senior League and a volunteer for many years at Maristhill Nursing Home.
He is survived by his cousins, Isabelle Yankauskis and Arthur Fitzmaurice both of Waltham, Dorothy Daly of Medfield, Sr. Therese Julie, SND of Chelsea, and his friend Frank A. Dougherty of Waltham.
The Funeral Mass will be offered on Monday March 21, 2005 at 10 a.m. in Saint Mary’s Church, 133 School Street Waltham. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham. Visitation will be held prior to the Mass from 8:30-9:30 a.m. in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte.20), Waltham.
