Orange Park, FL – Mrs. Balbina M. (Maslowski ) Wiker, of Orange Park, died Monday, July 30, 2007 in the HQM Nursing Home in Orange Park. She was 93. Born in Plaistow, New Hampshire, Mrs. Wiker had lived in Waltham for many years before moving to Florida in 2002. She was the wife of the late Charles M. Wiker, the mother of the late Edmund P. Wiker, M.D., and the daughter of the late Adam and Maria (Gluszak) Maslowski. She was predeceased by her brothers and sisters. Mrs. Wiker is suvived by her daughter, Janet M. Calvert of Orange Park; her son, Charles M. Wiker of Chester, Virginia, 10 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral at 9 a.m. Friday from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Mary’s Church, 133 School Street, Waltham, at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham. Visiting hours will be held Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. Memorial donations to the charity one’s choice would be appreciated.
