Barbara F. O'Toole

North Fort Myers (FL) - Mrs. Barbara F. (Bennett) O'Toole of North Fort Myers, Florida died Friday, December 30, 2005 at Hope Hospice, Cape Coral. She was 87. Born in South Acton, a daughter of the late Francis A. and Elma M. (Leavitt) Bennett, she was a homemaker who lived in Waltham and in West Newton before moving to North Fort Myers twenty-four years ago. Barbara graduated from Waltham High School in 1935. She leaves her husband, Edmond F. O’Toole; seven children, Sheila A. Gravelle of Royalston, Michael F. O’Toole of East Dennis, Thomas E. O’Toole of Canton, Dennis J. O’Toole of Sutton, Kathleen M. Quinn of Waltham, Peter L. O’Toole of Eugene, Oregon and James R. O’Toole of Merrimack, New Hampshire; one sister, Joan Bolio of St. Petersburg, Florida; 16 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral at 9 a.m. Thursday from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Charles Borromeo Church, 51 Hall Street, Waltham at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham.
