Barbara L. Russell

Waltham- Mrs. Barbara L. (Anderson) Russell of Waltham and Falmouth, died Sunday March 7, 2004 in Newton Wellesley Hospital. She was 80. Born and raised in Waltham, a daughter of the late Harry and Laura (Campbell) Anderson, Mrs. Russell worked many years at the Waltham Public Library as well as the Widener Library at Harvard University. Mrs. Russell enjoyed her summer home in Falmouth since 1926. She is the sister of the late Gordon F. Anderson and sister in law of the late Chester and Dorothy Russell. She is survived by her husband of 57 years to Charles N. Russell, one son Craig L. Russell of Waltham, two sisters Verna A. Hemphill of Weston, Lorraine Crabtree of Danvers and many nieces and nephews. Services and burial will be private. In lieu of flowers Donation’s made to the Charity of your choice.
