Mrs. Beatrice E. (Soper) Launder of Waltham died Wednesday December 17, 2003 in the Epoch of Weston Nursing Home. She was 97. Born in Halifax, N.S. Canada, Mrs. Launder was a cable maker for Hewlitt-Packard in Waltham for over fifteen years before her retirement in 1968. She was the wife of the late Clarence MacNeill and Percy Launder, mother of the late Robert C. MacNeill and step-mother of the late Doreen Morse. She is survived by her daughter Marjorie B. Reynolds of Waltham, one stepd-aughter, Nowella Morris of Westfield, one sister Cidella Nanson of Niagara Falls, Ontario; four grandchildren, David Reynolds, Janet Reynolds, Cindy Taylor, and Nancy Barbieri, and four great-grandchildren, Colin, Carly, Matthew, and Rachel. Funeral services and burial will be private.
