Bernard John Neville

Waltham – Mr. Bernard John Neville, of Waltham, died Saturday, July 7, 2012 at Maristhill Nursing Home, Waltham. He was 80.

John was born in Newton on February 1, 1932, a son of the late Bernard and Mary (Curry) Neville. He had lived in Newton for most of his life before recently moving to Waltham. A graduate of Newton High School, he served with the United States Army during the Korean War.

Until his retirement John worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and before that for the Shipley Company in Newton Lower Falls.

The husband of the late Helen A. (Healey) Neville, he leaves his sister, M. Natalie Keefe of Wellesley; his brothers and sister-in-law, Allen and Ann Senarian and Homer Kershner, all of Waltham and several nieces and nephews.

He was also the brother of the late Thomas F. Neville and a brother-in-law of the late Joan Kershner.

Family and friends will honor and remember John's life by gathering to visit on Wednesday July 11th, at 10 a.m. in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham where his funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham.
