Bernice M. Sanderson

Watertown- Mrs. Bernice M. “Bunny” (Sullivan) Sanderson of Watertown died Sunday April 4, 2004 in Mount Auburn Hospital, Cambridge. She was 79. Born in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, a daughter of the late Daniel J. and Margaret (Dunn) Sullivan, she was a homemaker. She was a graduate of Belmont High School and a member of the V.F.W. Auxiliary in Belmont, Unit # 1272. Mrs. Sanderson was the Beloved wife of the late Raymond F. Sanderson, mother of the late Raymond K. Sanderson and sister of the late Ferne Sullivan Desmond. She is the devoted mother of Bruce P. Sanderson and his wife Pamela, and Susan E. Sanderson all of Watertown, dear sister of Dorothy F. Sullivan of Belmont, and D. Jerry Sullivan of New Hampshire. Also lovingly survived by five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. The Funeral will be held Wednesday at 8 a.m. from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte.20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Our Lady Of Mercy Church, 401 Belmont Street, Belmont at 9 a.m. Burial will be in Ridgelawn Cemetery, Watertown. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-7 p.m.
