Deland, Fla. – Mrs. Beverly A. (Finnerty) McLaughlin, of Deland, formerly of Waltham, died Wednesday, October 25, 2006 at Florida Hospital South in Orlando, Florida. She was 70.
Born in Waltham, a daughter of the late William F. and Helen F. (Noonan) Finnerty, she had been a lifelong resident before moving to Florida seventeen years ago. Beverly was a graduate of Waltham High School and, until her retirement, worked as an administrative assistant at W.C. Bonner Company in Watertown.
She had been a member of the Deltona Hills Country Club and the Victoria Hills Golf Club in Deland.
Beverly leaves her husband, Neil J. McLaughlin; one son, Neil C. McLaughlin of Jacksonville, Florida; one daughter, Kathleen A. MacDougall of Easton and 7 grandchildren.
She was also the mother of the late Lynda M. Aucoin and sister of the late William F. Finnerty, Jr.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Jude Church, 147 Main Street, Waltham at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham.
Visiting hours will be held Monday evening from 6 to 8 p.m.
