Brian F. Haggerty

Mr. Brian F. Haggerty, of Mansfield, formerly of Waltham, died Wednesday February 7, 2007 at Massachusetts General Hospital. He was 59. Born in Waltham, a son of the late Francis J. and Marie E. (Conway) Haggerty, Brian worked for over thirty years as a civil engineer for the Massachusetts Highway Department. Brian was the devoted father of Heather M. Prior and her husband, Stephen, of Mansfield, Benjamin B. Haggerty of Waltham, Jessica M. Haggerty and her fiance, Michael Kelly, of Mansfield; he also leaves two brothers, Robert S. Haggerty of Medfield, J. Kevin Haggerty of Windsor Locks, Connecticut; three sisters, Ann M. DeGrappo of Maynard, Patricia E. Duffy of Waltham, Maureen F. DiSilva of Lexington; and his cherished grandchildren, Joseph Haggerty, Kaylene, Brenna, Emily, and Olivia Prior and many loving nieces and nephews. The Funeral will be held on Saturday at 9 a.m. from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte.20)Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Mary's Church, 133 School Street, Waltham at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham.
