Waltham – Mr. Carl W. Bray of Waltham died Sunday, September 12, 2004 in Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge. He was 75. Born in Peabody, Mr. Bray had lived in Waltham for most of his life. The Funeral Mass will be offered on Thursday, September 16, at 10:30 am in the Chapel of the Holy Innocents at the Fernald Center, 200 Trapelo Road, Waltham. Burial will follow in Mount Feake Cemetery, Waltham. Visitation will be held on Thursday prior to the Funeral Mass at the Chapel from 10 am to 10:30 am.
