Carmela G. Santolucito

Waltham- Miss Carmela G. Santolucito of Waltham died Thursday, July 13, 2006 in the Newton-Wellesley Hospital. Born in Waltham, a daughter of the late Joseph F. and Marianina(Picone) Santolucito she was a lifelong resident, and was a seamstress and homemaker for many years. She was a former member of the Sacred Heart Rosary Guild, Third Order of Mary, Saint Mary Rosary Group and also enjoyed gardening. Miss Santolucito was the beloved sister of the late Caroline S. Lelli, Angela G. Giorgetti Helen R. Santolucito, and Lawrence E. Santolucito. She was the loving sister of Angelo J. Santolucito of Waltham, Joseph F. Santolucito of Hudson, NH, and Elizabeth M. Woods of Arlington. She was also the cherished aunt of twenty-three nieces and nephews, and many great-nieces and great-nephews. The Funeral will be held Monday at 9 a.m. from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte.20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, 100 Newton Street at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham.
