Carol S. Frost

Waltham – Mrs. Carol S. (Popp) (Marenghi) Frost, of Waltham, passed away on Friday, December 22, 2017. She was the wife of the late John 'Jake' Marenghi and the late Donald J. Frost, Sr.

Carol was born on October 1, 1929 in Allston, a daughter of the late Charles J., Sr. and Agnes (Carroll) Popp.

She leaves her children, Donald J. Frost, Jr. and his wife, Linda, Lorry Connolly and her husband, Paul, Charles J. Frost and his fiancé, Sandra, and Linda T. Riley and her husband, Bill; her grandchildren, Donald J. Frost, III, Matthew Frost, Joseph Connolly, C.J. Frost, Jr., Justin Frost and Kimberly A. Riley; her great-grandchildren, Lindsey, Kayla and Madison Frost and Ty, Liam and Brynn Connolly; her step-children, Michael Marenghi and Carolyn Cotter; her step-grandchildren, Heidi James, Matthew Marenghi, Andrew Marenghi and Sabrina Cotter and her brother, Charles J. Popp, Jr.

Carol was also the step-mother of the late Irene O'Connor; sister of the late Lorraine Fallon and sister-in-law of the late Janet Colwell-Popp and Jack Fallon.

Family and friends will honor and remember Carol's life by gathering for calling hours in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham on Wednesday, December 27th from 4 to 8 p.m. and again at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday morning before leaving in procession to Saint Jude Church, 147 Main Street, Waltham where her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be private.
