Catherine P. "Kaye" (Noone) Cusack

Watertown – Mrs. Catherine P. "Kaye" (Noone) Cusack, of Watertown, died Saturday, June 7, 2014 at her home. She was 91.

Kaye was born in Boston on April 13, 1923, one of eight children born to Irish immigrants Thomas and Mary (O'Donnell) Noone. She was raised in the city's Mission Hill neighborhood where she graduated from Mission High School.

She lived in Medford for a time before moving to Watertown in 1957 where she raised her own family of eight children. Until her retirement she worked as a secretary at McLean Hospital in Belmont.

Kaye leaves her children, James P. Cusack of Cambridge, Kathleen C. Jay and her husband, Michael, of St. Louis, Missouri, Sheila A. Cusack of Watertown, Ann T. Clasby of Bedford, Kevin J. Cusack and his wife, Betsy Corsiglia, of Martha's Vineyard, Karen E. Bouvier and her husband, Norman, of Billerica, Thomas M. Cusack and his wife, Cynde, of Millis and Maureen F. Sullivan of Watertown; her son-in-law, James Clasby; her grandchildren, Nathan and Aaron Jay, Sean and Ryan Clasby, Clarice Bouvier, Emma Cusack and Brianna and Caileigh Sullivan; her sisters, Ann "Nancy" Grossimon of Cotuit, Geraldine Mallen Quinn of Dennis and Rita Noone of Bedford, New Hampshire; her sister-in-law, Evelyn Noone of Fall River; her cousins, Kaye Nilan Richardson of Eastham, Jack O'Donnell of Jamaica Plain and Gerard O'Donnell of Ireland and many nieces and nephews.

She was also a sister of the late James, Thomas, Mary and John Noone.

Family and friends will honor and remember Kaye's life by gathering for calling hours in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte.20), Waltham on Tuesday, June 10th from 5 to 8 p.m. and again at 8 a.m. on Wednesday morning before leaving in procession to Saint Luke's Church, 132 Lexington Street, Belmont where her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Burial will follow in Saint Joseph's Cemetery, West Roxbury.
