Waltham Mrs. Catherine F. (Flynn) Doucette of Waltham died Monday, February 9, 2004 in Epoch Senior Healthcare Center in Weston. She was 78. Born in Dorchester, Mrs. Doucette was a graduate of the Cotting School in Lexington, formerly of Boston. She was a volunteer for 25 years with the Waltham Public Schools as well as a daily communicant at Saint Marys Church in Waltham. Mrs. Doucette was the wife of the late James W. Doucette and the daughter of the late Patrick and Catherine (Kelly) Flynn. She is survived by her daughter, Andrea D. James and her husband James, of Waltham; her son, Paul J. Doucette of Kingfield, ME; her grandchildren, Kevin James, Christopher Doucette and Jamie Doucette-Partridge; her great-grandchildren, Morgan and Abigail Partridge; her brothers, John Flynn of Pembroke, Paul Flynn of Arlington, and William Flynn of Weymouth; her sisters, Ruth B. Flynn of North Quincy, and Patricia Kiely of Weymouth; and many nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will be offered at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Saint Marys Church, 133 School Street, Waltham. Burial will be in Mount Feake Cemetery, Waltham. Visiting hours are omitted.
