Catherine R. O'Hara

Waltham - Miss Catherine R. O'Hara, of Waltham, died Monday, June 29, 2009 at Emerson Village Nursing Home in Watertown. She was 65. Catherine was born in Waltham on May 31, 1944, a daughter of the late Henry and Mary T. (Fitzpatrick) O'Hara, and had worked for several years at the former Waltham Hospital as a billing clerk. She leaves three brothers, Thomas O'Hara of Waltham, Joseph O'Hara of Woburn and Walter O'Hara of Waltham; five sisters, Mary Early of Waltham, Eileen Messina of Florida, Elizabeth O'Hara of Newton, New Hampshire, Nancy Grimes of Waltham and Hazel Doucette of Ashland and many nieces and nephews. Catherine was the sister of the late Robert Fitzpatrick, Patrick O'Hara, William O'Hara, and Patricia Wright. Family and friends will honor and remember Catherine's life by gathering for her Funeral Mass on Thursday at 12:30 p.m. in Saint Julia's Church, 374 Boston Post Road in Weston.
