Waltham – Ms. Charlotte T. Basle, of Waltham, died Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at Maristhill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Waltham. She was 75.
A daughter of the late Charles and Agnes (Bernard) Basle, Charlotte was born in Waltham on May 1, 1935. She was a lifelong resident and had worked for many years as a clerk at Citizens Bank. In her spare time she enjoyed traveling, gardening and needlepoint.
She leaves her brother, Paul W. Basle and his wife, Rae, of Randolph and her nieces, Christine Sullivan of Randolph and Sharyn O’Toole of West Bridgewater.
Family and friends will honor and remember Charlotte’s life by gathering on Monday, January 10th in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Route 20), Waltham where her funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Burial will be private.
Memorial donations may be made the A.L.S. Association, 1275 K Street NW - Suite 1050 - Washington, DC 20005.
