Cheryl A. Casella

Methuen- Ms. Cheryl A. Casella, of Methuen, died Monday, April 25, 2011 at her home. She was 57.

Cheryl was born in Waltham on July 21, 1953, a daughter of Joseph Casella of Waltham, and the late Shirley M. (Bryden) Casella and had lived for many years in Marlborough before moving to Methuen five years ago. She was the former owner of Majestic Gifts in Marlborough, and in her spare time she enjoyed shopping and dining out.

In addition to her father, she leaves her son, Steven M. Casella and his fiancé, Carol Guillemette of Methuen, her brothers, Joseph P. Casella of Shirley, Charles L. Casella of Amesbury, Richard J. Casella of Maryland, her sister, Cathy M. Mirabal of Gales Ferry, Connecticut, her grandchildren, Steven Camara and Anthony Casella, her longtime companion, Don Winner of Methuen and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will honor and remember Cheryl’s life by gathering for calling hours in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street, (Rte.20), Waltham on Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. and again on Friday morning where her Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Mount Feake Cemetery, Waltham.
