Claire L. Nessolini

Waltham - Mrs. Claire L. (Goodwin) Nessolini, of Waltham, died Wednesday, March 26, 2008 at Sunrise of Arlington. She was 86. Born in Winthrop, a daughter of the late Harry and Florence (Cody) Goodwin, Claire had lived in Waltham for over sixty years and was a homemaker. She was a former member of Saint Jude Sodality and the Saint Jude Couples Club. Claire was the wife of the late Gilbert J. Nessolini and sister of the late Joan Day. She leaves her children, C. Elise Alegria and her husband, Paul, of Arlington and Richard M. Nessolini of Falmouth; one brother, William F. Goodwin of Michigan; one granddaughter, Gretchen Maiona and her husband, Jay; one great-grandson, Trey Maiona and many nieces and nephews. The Funeral will be held on Saturday at 8:30 a.m. from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street ( Rte.20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Jude Church, 147 Main Street Waltham at 9:30 a.m. Burial will be in Ridgelawn Cemetery, Watertown. Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m.
