Clearwater, Florida- Mrs. D. Johanna Eaves Whyte, of Clearwater, died Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. She was 48. Born in Danby, Vermont a daughter of Freda (Schoon) Eaves of Bonita Springs, Florida and the late Gordon Eaves, Johanna enjoyed very much to be a weaver but most especially working with her husband as a corporate executive for Whyte Worldwide PCE, LLC for many years. In addition to her mother, Johanna leaves her husband John J. Whyte; two sisters, Patricia Hopkins of Sarasota, Florida and Wendy Eaves of Stilwell, Kansas; three step-children, Catherine K. Whyte of New York, Allyson J. Toothman of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, John J. Whyte of Portland, Oregon and several nieces and nephews. Realtives and friends are invited to attend Funeral Services on Saturday at 11 a.m. in Christ Church, 750 Main Street, Waltham. Burial will be private. Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street(Rte.20), Waltham. Memorial donations may be made to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation, 89 South Street, Suite LL01 Boston, MA 02111.
