Waltham - Mrs. Delia P. "Dee" (Pazzano) Fitzgerald, of Waltham, died Saturday, February 16, 2013 in Pine Knoll Nursing Home in Lexington.

Dee was a lifelong Waltham resident and had worked as an accountant until her retirement.

She was the wife of the late Edward W. Fitzgerald, the daughter of the late Pasquale and Concetta (Carpentino) Pazzano, and a sister of the late Mae Orifice, Charles Pazzano, Bertha Salvucci, Rose Malloy, Richard Pazzano, Frederick Pazzano, Patsy Pazzano, Lena Fiore and Margaret Leone. Dee is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will honor and remember Dee's life by gathering for calling hours in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham on Wednesday, February 20th, from 4 to 8 p.m. and again at 9 a.m. on Thursday morning before leaving in procession to Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicted Church, 880 Trapelo Road, Waltham, where her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Mount Feake Cemetery, Waltham.

Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 480 Pleasant Street, Watertown, MA 02472.
