Dolores A. (Notargiacomo) Centola

Out of an abundance of care and concern for family and friends funeral services have been modified.

You are invited to gather on Saturday, December 5th in Saint Patrick Cemetery, 999 Belmont Street, Watertown where Dolores' graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. There are no calling hours or funeral Mass. A celebration of her life is planned for a future date.

Mrs. Dolores A. (Notargiacomo) Centola, of Brighton, formerly of Waltham died at home on Tuesday, December 1, 2020. She was 84.

Dolores was born July 28, 1936 in Cambridge the only child of Italian immigrants Frank and Anna (Santamaria) Notargiacomo. She was married Carl R. Centola until his untimely death on July 21, 1986. They had been Waltham residents until Dolores moved to Brighton in 1989.

Dolores kept her home in meticulous order and she loved having the company her family and friends in it. She had a terrific sense of humor and was always with a smile from ear to ear. Social by nature she spent many happy and active times at The Brighton Senior Center where she was in the company of many longtime friends.

She leaves her children, Laurie A. Pacheco (Richard) of Raynham, Doreen T. Daley of Bedford and Karla J. Gagnon (Peter) of Wareham; her grandchildren, Joseph R. Pacheco, Jodi A. Pacheco, Robert E. Daley, Michele E. Daley, Peter C. Gagnon and Parker F. Gagnon.
