Donald A. Ross

Goffstown, New Hampshire - Mr. Donald A. Ross, of Goffstown, died Sunday, May 1, 2011. He was 53. Don was born in Waltham on December 17, 1957, a son of Ruth E. (MacFaun) Ross of Brewster and the late Richard W. Ross.

Don was a tooling process designer in the toolroom of General Electric Aviation and was an employee of GE for thirty-one years. He was raised in Sudbury and was a graduate of Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School. He had lived in Hudson, New Hampshire before moving to Goffstown fourteen years ago.

In addition to his mother, Don is survived by his wife, Katherine J. (Leone) Ross; his sons, Devin B. Ross and Kyle D. Ross both of Goffstown; his siblings, David Ross and his wife, Angela, of Niantic, Connecticut, Susan Rameaka and her husband, Frank, of Plymouth, Doug Ross and his wife, Lorain, of Holden and Steven Ross and his wife, Cathy, of Douglas; and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends will honor and remember Don’s life by gathering for calling hours in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham on Thursday, May 5th, from 4 to 8 p.m. and again on Friday morning when his funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Mount Feake Cemetery, Waltham.
