Doris M. Robertson

Waltham - Mrs. Doris M. “Robbie” (Burhans) Robertson, of Waltham, died Wednesday, April 4, 2007 in her home surrounded by her family. She was 86. Born in South Windsor, Connecticut, a daughter of the late Howard E. and Edith L. (Nevers) Burhans, she was a registered nurse at Waltham Hospital for over thirty years. Doris was a 1941 graduate of the Waltham Hospital School of Nursing. She was the wife of the late James A. Robertson and sister of the late Edwin Burhans. Doris leaves her children, Bonnie J. Julie and her husband, James, of Swampscott, Beverly A. O’Brien of Marcelona, Michigan, Daniel J. Robertson and his wife, Janet, Barbara L. Arsenault and her husband, Thomas, all of Waltham, and Dwight F. “Bucky’ Robertson of Framingham, twelve grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. Services and burial will be private.
