Newton – Miss Dorothy Murphy, of Newton, died Tuesday, March 13, 2007 at Waban Health and Rehabilitation Center in Newton. She was 77. Born in Boston, Dorothy was predeceased by her parents, Philip J. and Lillian M. (Owens) Murphy. Dorothy leaves one brother, Charles J. Murphy and his wife, Ann, of Waltham, and three nieces, Charlene Glover, Lisa Buchan, and Cheryl Murphy. Services and burial for Dorothy are private.
