Mr. Edward J. Hogan, III of Waltham died Sunday, April 3, 2022 in his home. He was 65. Mr. Hogan was born in Boston on July 23, 1956, a son of the late James and Regina (Cavanaugh) Murray.
Edward served in the U.S. Army and had worked as a shipper/receiver for Target in Watertown.
He is survived by his brothers and sisters, Mary Gallagher of Templeton, James Hogan of Weare, NH, Thomas Hogan of Waltham, Linda DeVita of Tustin, CA, and Paul Murray of Murrells Inlet, SC.
Edward also leaves his daughter, Amie Ready; his granddaughters, Amber Spaur and Jacqueline Lorizio; and his great grandchildren, Hector and Madelyn.
Family and friends will honor and remember Edward's life by gathering for calling hours in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street, (Rte. 20), Waltham on Sunday, April 10th, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and again on Tuesday, April 12th, when his Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at 1:30 p.m. in the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
