Edward L. Newbold

Mr. Edward L. Newbold died Wednesday Feburary 1, 2006 after a lengthy illness. He was 58. Mr. Newbold was born in Saint Louis, Missouri and was the son of Alvina (Gardner) Newbold of Missouri and the late Lester Newbold. He was the son-in-law of the late Gerard Dwyer, Sr. He is survived by his wife, Christine Dwyer Newbold of Waltham; two sisters, Linda Jackson and her husband John, and Patricia Newbold all of Texas; his mother-in-law, Lorraine Dwyer of Waltham; two brothers-in-law, John P. Dwyer of Onset and Gerard Dwyer, Jr. and his wife, Rhonda of Waltham; and he was the uncle of Jason, Cryshanna, Gerod, Daniel and Joseph. The Funeral will be held on Tuesday at 9 a.m. from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte.20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Service in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel of Saint Charles Borromeo Church, 51 Hall Street, Waltham at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Mount Feake Cemetery, Waltham. Visiting hours will be held on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to Hurricane Katrina Relief Fund, c/o Bishop Thomas J.
