Brooksville, Fla. – Mrs. Ethel E. (Webb) Spaulding, of Brooksville, formerly of Waltham, died Monday, October 2, 2006 at Brooksville Healthcare Center. She was 91. Born in Cornish, Maine, a daughter of the late Burt and Agnes (Worthing) Webb, Ethel graduated from Watertown High School in 1933. She was a homemaker and had lived in Waltham for most of her life before moving to Brooksville three and a half years ago. The wife of the late Ellsworth G. Spaulding, Ethel leaves her children, Patricia Saulnier of Waltham, Lynne Spaulding of Hudson, Maureen Scalia of Maynard, Stephen Spaulding of Townsend, Eleanor Coxall of Waltham and Janet Daniel of Brooksville, Florida; 15 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. She was also the sister of the late Althea Carter. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral at 10 a.m. Saturday from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Service in Saint Charles Borromeo Church, 51 Hall Street, Waltham at 11 a.m. Burial will be private. Visiting hours are Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to Brooksville Healthcare Center, Activities Department, 1114 Chatman Blvd., Brooksville, FL 34601 or to St. Labre Indian School, Ashland, Montana, 59004.
