Florence F. DiLorenzo

Waltham - Mrs. Florence F. (Purvis) DiLorenzo, of Waltham, died Friday, November 16, 2007 at home after an illness. She was 70. She leaves her husband, Joseph L. DiLorenzo; a son, Scott R. Dunlop of Watertown; a daughter, Lori A. Pierce of Waltham; three grandchildren, Kelly Dawn Pierce of Waltham, Jason P. LeBlanc and Jeffrey S. LeBlanc, both of Ayer; and a great-grandchild, Addison R. LeBlanc of Ayer. She is also survived by twelve siblings, all of whom survive her and live in Canada. Florence was born April 13, 1937 in Pembroke, Ontario, Canada a daughter of the late James and Adeline (Fisher) Purvis and moved to the United States in 1958, settling in Waltham. She worked for Atlantic Administrators Company in Waltham for 5 years, retiring in 2006. Previously, she worked for many years at Barry Controls in Brighton.
