Frances Nocera

Waltham- Mrs. Frances (DePaoli) Nocera of Concord, formerly of Waltham, died Monday November 24, 2003 in Emerson Hospital, Concord. Born in Palermo, Italy a daughter of the late Salvatore and Celeste Maria (Grazia) DePaoli, Mrs. Nocera was a seamstress and dressmaker for many years. Mrs. Nocera was the wife of the late John Nocera and Angelo Pannesi, mother of the late Louis Nocera, Martin Nocera, and Anna Coffin and grandmother of the late Robert MacDonald. She is survived by her daughter, Jeanne F. MacDonald and her husband John M. of Maynard; one son, Dominic R. Nocera of Waltham; her sister, Pina Cottone of Italy; three grandchildren, Allan, Dianne and Christine; two great-grandchildren, Owen and Elizabeth, and many nieces and nephews. The Funeral will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20) Waltham, followed by a Funeral Mass in Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicted Church, 880 Trapelo Road, Waltham at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham.
