Watertown Mr. Francis A. Arsenault of Watertown died Saturday, November 22, 2003 at Woburn Nursing Center. He was 75. Born and raised in Somerville, he was a graduate of Somerville High School and until his retirement he worked as a merchandise buyer for several area retail stores. During the Korean War he served with the U.S. Army and he was a member of the Lexington Elks and the Joseph F. Hill American Legion Post No. 156. The husband of the late Lorraine R. (Hoffman) Arsenault; he leaves his children, Dennis P. Arsenault of Salisbury, Carol A. Kusmirek and her husband James of Watertown, James P. Arsenault and his wife Michele of Tewksbury and John M. Arsenault of Watertown; 2 brothers, J. Raymond Arsenault of Bedford and Melvin Arsenault of Gloucester; one sister, Anne Arsenault of Methuen; 7 grandchildren and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was also a brother of the late Robert and Ralph Arsenault. The Funeral will be held Wednesday at 10 am from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Jude Church, 147 Main Street, Waltham at 11am. Burial will be in Saint Patricks Cemetery, Watertown. Visiting hours are Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to Toys for Tots, c/o U.S.M.C., 633 Main Street, Waltham, MA 02451.
