Waltham – Mr. Francis J. 'Frank' Bottari, of Waltham, died peacefully Thursday, January 21, 2016 in Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston with his family by his side. He was 89.

Born on April 1, 1926 he was the son of Italian immigrants Giuseppe and Giuseppa (Foti) Bottari and was raised in Boston's North End neighborhood. He graduated from Boston Trade High School in 1944.
