Francis R. Doorakian

Bradenton, Florida - Mr. Francis R. Doorakian of Bradenton, Florida, formerly of Waltham, died Thursday May 26, 2005 at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center in Bradenton. He was 56. Born in Boston, Mr. Doorakian was the son of the late George and Libby (Macone) Doorakian. He is survived by his wife Diane (Taranto) Doorakian, one son, Daniel R. Doorakian of West Palm Beach, Florida; one brother, George Doorakian of Bedford, and one sister, Ann LaChapelle of Canton. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte.20), Waltham. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 1 to 2 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen Street Framingham, MA 01701.
