Gardner – Mr. Frank J. Lamattina, Jr. stepped into eternity peacefully at home on Wednesday, May 13th, 2015.
He was born in the Murphy Army Hospital in Waltham on March 7, 1955, and spent some of his early years in North Harrow, England. Since the age of six, Frank lived most of his life in Massachusetts, including the last 14 years in Gardner. He was a graduate of Waltham Senior High School, Class of 1972.
Frank had a love for family, technology, electronics, 60s & 70s music, law enforcement, gambling, and the study of human nature.
Frank, the son of the late Frank Joseph Lamattina, Sr., is survived by his mother, Margaret, his brothers Thomas and Michael, his daughters, Jennifer and Megan, his grandson Jovanni, his granddaughter Olivia, his nieces Julie and Diane, his sisters-in-law Barbara and Caroline, cousins, and friends. His family and friends will miss him greatly.
A memorial Mass for Frank will be celebrated at 11a.m. on Saturday, June 27th at St. Theresa, the Little Flower Church, 15 Still River Road, Rte. 110, Harvard.
