Gail M. Casavant

Gail M. Casavant, of Quincy and formerly of Waltham, died Sunday, December 16, 2018 in South Shore Hospital surrounded by her family. She was 57.

Gail was born in Waltham on August 10, 1961, the daughter of the late Arthur J. Sr., and Norma R. (Holloway) Casavant. She graduated from Waltham High School with the class of 1979 and then worked for BayBank for many years. She was a die-hard Red Sox fan and loved all animals, especially her dog Lucy.

Gail leaves her brother, Arthur J. Casavant, Jr. (Sandra) of Hudson; her nieces, Catherine A. Leroux (Derrick) and Jennifer L. Casavant and her brother-in-law, Kevin Berry of Malden.

She was the sister of the late David J. Casavant and dear friend of the late Janet Dahlquist.

Family and friends will honor and remember Gail's life by gathering for calling hours in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham on Friday, December 21st from 4 to 8 p.m. and again at 9 a.m. on Saturday morning before leaving in procession to Saint Charles Chapel, 51 Hall Street, Waltham where her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham.
