Gail A. Eccles

Lynnfield – Mrs. Gail A. Eccles, of Lynnfield, formerly of Watertown and Belmont died in her home on Friday, September 5, 2014. She was 69.

Gail was born in Brighton on September 15, 1944, the daughter of the late Howard L. and Dorothy A. (Dodd) Williams. She was raised and educated in Newton and had spent the majority of her life living in Watertown before moving to Belmont in 2002 and to Lynnfield in 2012. She was devoted to her family and especially loved to spend time with her grandchildren.

She was the wife of the late Richard F. Eccles, Sr. who died in 2012 and is survived by her children, Michelle A. Berrio and her husband, William, of Holbrook, Richard F. Eccles, Jr. of Acton, Susan M. Channell and her husband, Shawn, of Lynnfield and Michael Eccles and his wife, Kimberly, of Billerica; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Gail was also the sister of the late Gary Williams.

Family and friends will honor and remember Gail's life by gathering for calling hours in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham on Thursday, September 11th from 5 – 7 p.m.
