Watertown Mr. George F. DeLeskey of Watertown died Thursday, July 29, 2004 in his home. He was 88. Born in East Boston, Mr. DeLeskey was raised in West Newton and lived in Waltham before moving to Watertown. He was a tool and die maker for the U.S. Navy Shipyard in Charlestown and for the Raytheon Company in Waltham for over thirty-five years. Mr. DeLeskey was the husband of the late Caroline M. (McConihe) DeLeskey and Rita D. (Poirier) DeLeskey; the son of the late George and Lillian (Kenney) DeLeskey; the brother of the late Frederick DeLeskey and Evelyn Neilsen; and the stepfather of the late Jean Kennedy and Dale Walsh. He is survived by his children, Joanne Pazzano of Waltham, Helen Taylor and her husband Ray, of Carlisle, George F. DeLeskey and his wife Kathleen, of Burlington, Robert P. DeLeskey and his wife Sandra, of Marlboro, and Thomas M. DeLeskey of Chester NH; his grandchildren, Robert DeLeskey and Amy Larrabee both of Marlboro, Sharon DeLeskey of Newton, Lisa Butler of Billerica, Emily DeLeskey of Burlington, Laurie Pazzano of Waltham, William Taylor and James Taylor both of Carlisle; his great-grandchildren, John Butler and Caitlyn and Joslyn Larrabee; and his step-children, Gladys Seeholzer of Waltham and Arthur Walsh of Montana. The Funeral will be held at 8 a.m. Friday, August 6, from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Marys Church, 133 School Street, Waltham at 9 a.m. Burial will follow in Holyhood Cemetery, Brookline. Visiting hours are Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
