Waltham Mrs. Gertrude B. (Rousseau) Williams, of Waltham, died Monday, March 12, 2007 at her home. She was 93. Born in Gardner, a daughter of the late Frank and Emma (Columbé) Rousseau, she was raised and educated in Newton. Gertrude had lived in Waltham for more than 70 years and had worked at the Waltham Watch Factory and for the Raytheon Company. She was a longtime parishioner of Saint Marys Church in Waltham where she had been past president of Saint Marys Mothers Club. The wife of the late Donald R. Williams, she leaves her children, Donna E. Devine and her husband, Paul, of Milton, Dorothy J. Giordano and her husband, Joseph, of Waltham, Thomas F. Williams and his wife, Kathleen, of Seabrook, New Hampshire and Marianne F. Meuse and her husband, William, of Waltham; 17 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and many nieces and nephews. Gertrude was also the mother of the late Donald R. Williams, Jr., Shirley Rand and Beatrice A. Budge and a sister of the late Hector, Edward, Edgar and Ronald Rousseau and Raymond LaCroix. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral at 9 a.m. Friday from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Marys Church, 133 School Street, Waltham at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Mount Feake Cemetery, Waltham.
